My work always involves fabric and stitch. I am drawn to the way the female voice echoes through the centuries captured in the materials and techniques we continue to use.
I am fascinated by folk tales and the cultural importance of myth and storytelling. We imbue objects with ritual and significance and then those same objects are treated and displayed in distinctive ways to increase their importance.
